With the Christmas festive season in full swing, the prime objective of the brand shifted to engagement, visibility and converting online viewers to in-store walk-ins.

Santa's out &about, can you spot him?
With Christmas around the corner, we introduced Frozen Santa; our mascot fashioned as the Sneaky Santa of Frozenville. To engage our audiences, we presented the challenge of spreading the word about our sneaky Santa’s by catching him wherever he was spotted!

Results
Over 100 Instagram story mentions and 300 followers gained over three days, organically.

Minimum organic reach, calculated through an average baseline of Instagram story's reach, exceeded 16,000 users!

The activity was so successful that consumers walked up to the store also looking at other peoples stories & wanting to take part.
